Nicole joined Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver’s business law practice in 2011. Immediately prior to joining Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver Nicole was in private practice in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. She represented start-up businesses and established corporation in a variety of business law, employment disputes, merger and acquisition and litigation matters throughout Virginia and Washington, DC.

She earned his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2004. During law school Nicole was selected as a Staff Writer for the Creighton Law Review, won the Outstanding Oralist award in the Moot Court Competition and served as an Officer of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Asian Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2001 where she served as the Senate Liaison Representative for the Student Body and as a Staff Writer for the campus newspaper, The Daily Nebraskan. During a term in college, she studied economics at Senshu University outside of Tokyo, Japan.

Nicole was born in Omaha, Nebraska. While in High School she was co-captain of the varsity swim team and had an undefeated career on the tennis team. Since finishing her education, she has also completed the Chicago Marathon, numerous sprint triathlons and local running races.
