Mike Moore is an associate attorney at Swider Medeiros Haver LLP in Portland, Oregon, and currently Of Counsel to Dunlap Grubb Weaver PLLC. Mike's practice consists of intellectual property, technology transfer and entertainment law. Specifically, Mike focuses on patent prosecution, and he has counseled clients in computer software, mechanical engineering, sustainable industries, carbon sequestration and electrical engineering technologies before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mike has counseled clients on various transactions in the software and information, sustainability, energy, gaming, music, environmental remediation, and consumer products industries.

Mike is also part of litigation support in Oregon state and federal court for matters involving electronic commerce, unfair trade practices and intellectual property infringement. Mike is currently licensed to practice in Oregon and before the USPTO.
